Hope to see Mrs. Yoder’s kitchen where she will do a cooking demonstration and share some recipes. Next we will have a fondue party at Chalet in the Valley then walk over and have some shopping time at Guggisberg Cheese factory, home of the original Baby Swiss. Our next stop will be the Hershberger Bakery and Farm Market for a tasty pastry more more goodies to buy and animals to view including Big Ben, the largest Belgian Draft horse in Ohio. Then it is on to discover salads in the Amish home and learn how to make the famous peanut butter whip. Our next destination is the Swiss Heritage Winery for a Sangria demonstration, samples and recipes. Finally we will return to Mrs. Yoder’s for a full buffet supper featuring Amish style cuisine.
